Change of plans!

Hey all,

So I have decided to showcase locations in three countries that would fit the Stars Hollow vibe. Not only will I be looking at the United States, but also Canada and my home country of Australia! So at the moment I'm busy wrangling locations from all three that I can feature on this blog. I'm so excited to be starting this finally after such a long break and I also have some wonderful plans for the future. Including taking up where a wonderful blogger left off, when she came up with the idea of creating your own stars hollow, which I absolutely love!

Hello Gilmore Girl-esque Friends!

Hello all and oi with the poodles already!

This blog is purely devoted to the search of small town American charm like the wonderful town of Stars Hollow that featured in the television show Gilmore Girls. I currently live in Australia myself, however, I am hoping to move to a quaint American town for a change of pace in the future and hope to find some of that quirkiness featured in the show.

People who live across American and internationally have fallen in love with Stars Hollow and I've seen countless blogs and forums where people ask "Is there a real Stars Hollow I can move to?" Loyal fans know the inspiration behind this small community and of course that it was filmed on the Warner Brothers backdrop, however, I believe there are some equally as inviting towns throughout America for all those hoping to escape the hussle and bussle of city life. I will aim to make sure that the towns do not have an exponential population and will only include them based on my own research and word of mouth from visitors/homeowners in the area.
